Rokshana: Melbourne, Australia 25 August 2008

My first shoot in Australia was with Rokshana Aitken (Model) from Melbourne and Portia Peacey (Hair & Makeup) from LA. We were all psyched up for it since as it was our first shoot together and at the start of my Australian adventure. It was long and cold but fun all the same with crazy Melbourne weather. I know the shoot was ages ago but I’m glad it’s finally wrapped up and let the photos do the talking!

We turned Stephanie and Arum\'s living room upside down. Look at all the stuff Portia has (there was actually even more)!

Knox Lane, oh how I miss those alleyways in the cold dark winter.

Obligatory shot!

We had a lot of spectators when shooting this right on Swanston street during rush hour. One of them was a homeless person who seemed way too happy to be fine.

Portia freestyling her awesome makeup skills.

The whole shoot took about 7 hours but I’m glad we came up with a variety of looks within that span of time. According to Rokshana, Portia has been swamped with calls for shoots! They make a fantastic team.
